Programmes we've rebuilt
Shopify's default notification emails are plain. We rebuild them on brand, then extend into lifecycle flows in whichever ESP you run.
- All 30+ Shopify notification templates, rebranded
- Responsive MJML component libraries
- Klaviyo and Mailchimp template systems
- Liquid-driven personalisation and conditional blocks
- Dark-mode and Outlook rendering QA
- Flow and automation configuration
Built with
Transactional first, then lifecycle
- 01
Inventory
Every notification Shopify sends and every flow your ESP runs, in one list. Most brands find sends nobody has read in years.
- 02
Component library
One MJML system covering headers, product blocks, buttons and footers, so a new email is assembled rather than hand-coded.
- 03
Render QA
Tested across the clients your list actually uses, including dark mode and the Outlook versions that still break everything.
- 04
Flows & automation
Klaviyo or Mailchimp flows wired to the same components, with Shopify Flow handling anything that has to happen in the admin.
Our order confirmation was the most-read page we owned and it looked like a receipt from 2013. They rebuilt all thirty notifications on brand, and dark mode finally stopped inverting our logo.

Email work, answered
Yes. We build in Klaviyo and Mailchimp regularly and can work in most others. Replatforming an ESP is a separate decision and we will not bundle it into a template project.
No, and most brands should not pay for it up front. Order confirmation, shipping confirmation and abandoned checkout carry the overwhelming majority of opens. We start there.
Because it compiles to the table HTML that renders everywhere, from source your team can actually read and change. You keep the component library, not just the output.
Rendered captures across the real clients, not a simulator. Dark mode is where transparent logos disappear and forced colour inversion turns brand palettes into something else entirely.
